9. Susan Sechrist

Susan Sechrist, born March 5, 1835 in York County, PA, her and her twin sister Nancy were the youngest children of Henry Sechrist and the youngest children born to Henry’s second wife Catherine Weinhold.  She married Charles Diehl and they resided in Windsor Twp, York County, PA for most of their lives.  Susan and Charles were the parents of at least nine children, who were named Jacob, Susan, Adam, Mary, Charles, Eliza, Emma, Ida and Melinda.  Susan passed away in 1901 and Charles in 1892, and both are buried at Lebanon Lutheran Cemetery in North Hopewell Twp, York County, PA.
